A client called me early the other day and asked if they could get in to see me asap. They said that they had a fire sensation shooting down their legs and it had been keeping them up all night.
I know write away by the symptoms what this might be, I let the client know that it was a good chance that they had sciatica. During the session the client informed me that they had been doing some hard laboring work that week and that they had been under extreme stress they asked if that could be the cause of this sciatica flare up.
I informed the client that stress could play a very significant roll with any muscle problems or dis-ease. I suggested to them that it would be prudent for them to find ways to reduce his stress on a regular basis.
